This is my third post of book covers, I enjoy quilling a lot, even though I am unable to spend more time to pursue it, but I try to grab every opportunity to create something new and interesting.

This is my first attempt on Quilling Monograms, I am happy with the results. I have used the colours gold, white, black and grey for the letter. the outline is done with Black paper which I have cut using a shredder. the white beehive is also white paper cut using a shredder. the gold and grey strips are precut ones.


To create monogram quilling a lot of patience is required.as it involves many techniques and at times you have to place different designs to check which looks the best and then stick the final design.

Quilled Cards for all Occassions

Hi all, Once you have practiced a few Quilling shapes like circle/round, basic tear drop some variations of the tear drop like heart shape. You can make different kinds of flowers. Here are a few examples of cards i have made, it can be used for any purpose from birthdays to season greetings, or a thank you card.  Quilled card using basic heart shape and marquise shape, i refer to it as basic leaf shape. A quilled card made with white and green strips of paper, on a blue card. The flower and leaf are made with marquise shape.the butterfly made of two heart shapes, with yellow spiral, a red coil is added as a center to yellow flower and is put on a contract background. Quilied Rakhi Further continuing the Raksha Bandhan series few of my rakhi creation from previous creations.   Traditional colors red and green are used with gold to make these rakhis.
